Our Clean Ingredients Promise

Everyone has their own beauty ethos. At SANN, we strive to be as natural as we can be. However, it is important to mention that not all ‘natural’ ingredients are safe and not all synthetic ingredients are unsafe. We work with the best chemists to create skin nourishing formulations containing potent, efficacious ingredients. No fluff, no filler: we promise to only include ingredients that have a beneficial effect for the skin and make the product perform to its best ability. All our products meet rigorous standards set by the European Cosmetic Safety legislation and in addition, we’ve omitted a handful of unnecessary ingredients including mineral oil, parabens, PEGs, gluten, phthalates and fragrance.

Cutting overconsumption and reducing waste is the first frontier when it comes to sustainability. SANN is the antithesis of overflowing #shelfie culture. Our high-performance products perform multiple functions to cut the clutter with formulas so good, they’ll be used until the very last drop.


We have worked tirelessly to seek out and select suppliers that use responsibly-sourced materials. Our packaging is recyclable (where local facilities allow) and our cartons are 100% FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) accredited and sourced from Sweden. This board has a beautiful raw texture and is certified 100% compostable. We use vegetable-based inks and our coatings are water-based with no harmful solvents or chemicals. Our printers are the first company in the UK to achieve prestigious World Land Trust certified carbon balanced packaging accreditation. Plus, our shipping boxes are made from 90% recycled content and are fully recyclable.
